Once orders are collected I cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit. When in the car the cake box should be on a flat surface, such as a footwell or boot. It should be well supported so it can not move. Once at the venue the cake should be stored in the fridge up to an hour before serving. It is best consumed within 3/4 days. Store in an air tight container. I may be able to deliver, but it may incur an extra charge depending on distance. 

Once the cake is collected or delivered I am not responsible for the care of the cake. You will receive the cake boxed and in good condition. If after you have received it you have issue such as flavour, with the cake I must be notified with the first 24 hours. No refund will be considered unless the cake is returned so I can assess the potential issue to decide upon a resolution.
